Meet Pam
John L. Scott’s Pam Holm began her real estate career in 2003. Prior to working as a broker, she owned and managed a salon with multiple employees for many years. When she was growing up, her parents bought and sold a number of rental properties across Washington. When Pam was considering making a career change, the prospect of helping people achieve their goals through real estate was a main motivator for her.
In today’s fast-paced world, Pam takes her time to provide excellent customer service – answering her phone and being available for her clients is one of her top priorities. She also ensures her current industry knowledge is up-to-date, as the real estate industry is changing all the time. Once a contract is signed, Pam’s work is far from over – she puts in the time to complete all the steps necessary to get buyers their keys.
Clients appreciate Pam because she is passionate, relatable and has first-hand experience from buying and selling numerous times. She often works with relocation clients, first-time buyers, people who are downsizing and those looking to purchase or sell vacation property, land or condos. Pam specializes in North King County, Snohomish County and the Eastside.
Spending time outdoors is one of Pam’s favorite pastimes. She and her husband of more than 30 years enjoy camping, hiking and fishing. They also enjoy traveling and have been “off the beaten path” in several countries. To give back, Pam donates both professionally and personally to Seattle Children’s Hospital and Ronald McDonald House. For years, she’s been involved with helping plan and cook dinners at Ronald McDonald house, and she donates time and money to a charity that helps women and children in the U.S. and abroad.
Lynnwood
There are a lot of things that make Lynnwood a great place to call home. But one of the top reasons is the convenience. The city sits at the junction of I-5 and I-405, making it easy to get to Seattle and Everett as well as Bellevue and the rest of the East Side. Alderwood Shopping Center in the heart of Lynnwood sees 30,000 people a day. Stores like Nordstrom and Macy's and movie theaters draw visitors from throughout the Seattle Metro Area and Alderwood is a huge revenue generator for the city. Lynnwood is booming right now. The city just rezoned some area homes around Alderwood for new high rise commercial buildings. A brand new Costco just opened up as well. Our convention center is over 30,000 square feet of beautiful and functional meeting space and Alaska Airlines is investing in nearby Paine Field making it more convenient and pleasant to fly in and out of the North Puget Sound area. Lynnwood is also home to amazing parks including the Meadowdale Playfields. Multiple baseball and soccer fields, play structures, and wooded areas mean there's something here for everyone. We also have a skate park, senior center, golf course, and 14 miles of trails for running and hiking. If you'd like to learn more about Lynnwood, let us know. We'd love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
